RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – KeyFlick™

At KeyFlick™ we want your shopping experience to be clear, secure and transparent. Below we explain how we manage returns, refunds and exchanges of our products.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in perfect condition

  • Retain its original packaging

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials, liquids or flammable gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health or personal care items

To process the return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return the product directly to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the purchase, and the amount will be applied automatically within a few days, depending on your bank.

If you do not receive your refund after a reasonable time, we recommend:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your bank or credit card company

Sale Items

Only products at regular price can be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are not refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace products that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, write to us at

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the returned product.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the buyer first, the refund will be made to the person who made the purchase.


Sending Returns

To return a product, send it to:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.
If a refund is approved, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insurance for items over 75 €, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
