Shipping Policy – KeyFlick™
At KeyFlick™, we work to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Below, we explain how our order processing and shipping process works.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days from purchase confirmation.
During this time, we verify your order, prepare the product, and get it ready for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
The total estimated time from purchase to delivery is 6 to 10 business days.
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
Possible Delays
Although we do our best to meet the stated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond KeyFlick™'s control, such as high demand, logistics issues, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. KeyFlick™ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Undelivered Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, the package may be returned to the sender. In these cases, reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
